Refund Policy

In every project, the initial steps involve a thorough exploration and analysis, leading to the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This crucial process ensures everyone involved understands the project requirements, preventing potential conflicts and misunderstandings. Please note that no compensation is provided for work already completed, as each project milestone requires dedicated time and effort.

A cancellation notice submitted 30 days before the scheduled start date is acceptable, but web/app services are not refundable. Unclaimed or parked deposits and payments will not be reimbursed after 30 days.

MUTUAL TERMINATION
  • If the project undergoes mutual termination, all completed work automatically becomes the property of the client. Any payments made for additional work will be nullified in such cases.

  • Refunds will not be issued for prior payments or deposits once the client accepts the mock-up drawings and the project enters the development phase.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Refunds are not provided for project phases that are already in progress. Special marketing services offered on specific occasions cannot be canceled, given their limited-time availability and expiration dates.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
  • To follow through on a legal duty.

  • Refunds will be issued if the buyer does not proceed with us before the project initiation.

  • Refund process will take upto (5-7) five to seven days to process.
